At EyeQVR
In the three years I spent at EyeQ VR, from 2015 to 2018, I accomplished many feats as a VR Product Manager.
My Frist Year at EyeQVR.
I was originally brought on as a web developer and created the eyeqvr.com website before moving into a Product Manager roll. My skills were used to define the UI for the application & laying out the POC as well as the branding and graphic design for released content. Working with a group of innovative story tellers at SilVR Thread we launched Where the End Begins. This was our first experiential based learning module for the Samsung VR Headset which was the hardware we chose to pair when selling the concept to K-12 school districts.

Building VR for Where The End Begins
- Tested in 6 LA Unified Schools
- Lead by Scholastic Teacher of the Year Alan Sitomer
- Daily Scrum
- Engineering Ticket Triage
- Design Request Triage
- Creation of POC React-app for student test taking.

My Second Year - Lead Implementation & PM
Once I was fully onboarded we begun to pivot to more services and offerings within Eyeq VR. Apart from building an application to host learning modules and 360/VR video, we began to focus on coding modules as the first to launch for the platform.
If we were to be the VR Udemy or Google Classroom we needed to start creating learning curriculums. Working with expert educators we began outlining the curriculum of the first learning module “VR Coding Academy”

Responsibilities included:
- QA for Student, Teacher, and Admin portals of POC.
- Creation of First Learning Module.
- UI for POC Portals
- TPM for Engineering Intern teams.
- Building With A-Frame

Last Year at EyeQVR
I became a PM at EyeQ VR, and gained a lot of hands on experience working with react applications and Samsung hardware which unfortunately discontinued its production and with it EyeQ VR. In my time I was able to bring to life a POC for a VR Ed Tech platform launch test use studies in k-12 classrooms and solved many UI and UX challenges along the way.
My Accomplishments included:
- Launching eyeqvr website an automated link scraping tool for brands to use for products they wanted to offer as available for online purchase through platforms like Instacart, Walmart, Amazon and more!
- Launching Where the End Begins Individual locators for single products brand teams could use to customize product pages and increase sales.
- Launching VR Coding Academy: A backend upgrade of the locator engine that allowed brands to upload and offer product locators in different countries with language and label translations.
