In the three years I spent at Destini, from 2018 to 2021, I accomplished many feats as a SaaS Implementation Manager. 

My Frist Year at Destini.

I was hired as a Technical Project Manager, which quickly transformed as my skills were realized early on from the leadership team. My early responsibilities were client facing, ensuring CPG brands had the support they needed from me to implement and launch custom built locator applications which the company was known for in 2018. The first assignment was to build a custom locator, my first client, Halo Top

  • Working with Brand Teams to collect and implement product data into custom build locator applications
  • Working with Agencies to align designs for locators and implementation best practices

My Second Year - Lead Implementation & PM

Once I was fully onboarded and trained, within the first 6 months of hire, I was moved into a hybrid role working with internal teams to increase production of newly offered products for the SAAS suite. In my second year, the small start up team started to expand to add more customer success and Implementation Managers. I was lead for training and implementation of new protocols and procedures for internal developments with a small design and engineering team.

Working closely with the VP, Sales, and Engineering Teams I played a key role as a product manager to pioneer the companies BUY ONLINE and Product Lander offerings to brands, taking lead on research and development of a scrapping API that would eventually power the data sourcing of all product links that are now displayed through Destini.

Last Year at Destini

I became a senior TPM at Destini, successfully maintaining a portfolio of 60 top CPG brands globally, leading a small team of designers and developers to successfully launch new SaaS products amid the Global Pandemic. 

My Accomplishments included:

  • Launching Buy Online: an automated link scraping tool for brands to use for products they wanted to offer as available for online purchase through platforms like Instacart, Walmart, Amazon and more!
  • Launching Product Page Widgets: Individual locators for single products brand teams could use to customize product pages and increase sales. 
  • Launching Internationalization: A backend upgrade of the locator engine that allowed brands to upload and offer product locators in different countries with language and label translations. 
  • Successfully Implementing 167 Custom Locators: I helped brands like Beyond Meat, Impossible Burger, Health Ade Kombucha and Halo Top Break into Market
  • Launching Facebook Ads: I worked closely with the Pepsi Brand team to integrate current product data in Destini for marketers to create on the fly Facebook advertisements for products sets, complete with links and product images. 
  • Creating Automated Onboarding Process: Through ASANA, ZOHO, SalesForce, & Jira for TPMs and Customer Success Team Members to easily review and address client lifecycle needs and document project progress. 

Products Launched

130+ eCommerce retailers and grocery delivery platforms in the US, Canada, and the UK.

 

Destini’s Shoppable Landing Pages automatically detect the consumer’s location to display product availability for online and grocery delivery retailers.

Destini is the first and only Where-to-Buy solution in the industry to maintain third-party data for product translations and country packaging. 

Leverage add-to-cart functionality to encourage consumers
to build baskets containing complementary products.

Implemented Asana into the PM and SDR workflow. Created Custom Views for Leadership Teams. 

Implemented documentation guidelines for all new SaaS products during product lifecycle management and version release control.   

Implemented best practice triage methods to manage engineering and design tickets  for internal and client facing product projects. 

Championed Boiler plating, scaffolding, and version quality assurance testing for all development and production code.
